While at Benchmob, I worked with one Account Manager to strategize, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for music artists and festivals. This position entailed collaboration across internal, artist and label teams to craft project rollouts, establish or rebrand artist social pages, and brainstorm on real-life activations. Heavy usage of media creation tools such CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere.
Gathered relevant research for show hosts to use in on air interviews. Created and updated artist profiles on existing and upcoming LiftOff show guests. Wrote and published nightly pop-culture articles under the "LiftOff Show" alias. Acted as liaison with high-profile guests to promote and maintain a positive relationship between station and artist/label teams.

Account Manager
Oversaw a team consisting of four Social Media Coordinators. In this role, I carefully examined the performance of both new and existing trends keep into consideration for informed content planning. Additionally, managed the social media profiles of fifteen influencers within the beauty, fitness, and lifestyle sectors. I was also responsible for editing and designing various forms of content, such as custom videos, graphic flyers, photos, and written copy for online distribution.

Served as an account strategist and content producer for a Senior Account Manager, handling up to four accounts simultaneously. In this role, I leveraged social media analytics tools to identify trends and propose strategies for clients to consider. Additionally, I assisted in developing and organizing presentation materials for the Account Manager to present to clients.
